Salad with rib-grass and cucumbers

  1. Cucumbers – 200g
  2. Rib-grass (plantain, goose-grass) – 5g
  3. Yogurt – 50g
  4. Salt, paprika – small pinch or skip

How to cook:

  1. Cut cucumbers and plantain (goose-grass) into pieces.
  2. Mix them with yogurt, salt and paprika.

Taste (personal opinion):

The taste of rib-grass is more intensive if compare with salad with tomatoes. Better to use a little bit sour yogurt.
