- Cucumbers – 200g
- Rib-grass (plantain, goose-grass) – 5g
- Yogurt – 50g
- Salt, paprika – small pinch or skip
How to cook:
- Cut cucumbers and plantain (goose-grass) into pieces.
- Mix them with yogurt, salt and paprika.
Taste (personal opinion):
The taste of rib-grass is more intensive if compare with salad with tomatoes. Better to use a little bit sour yogurt.
