- Yogurt – 100g
- Milk – 150g
- Blueberries – 200g
- Home-made granola – 15g (or ground oatmeal)
- Honey – 1-2 teaspoons (optional, can be replaced by sugar)
How to cook:
- Mix all ingredients and blend.
Tip: Make a large portion of smoothie, put in the fridge and enjoy during the day. Thanks to oatmeal, this smoothie can also be a breakfast.
